| Exfoliate the skin with a soft cotton washcloth while bathing or showering. Avoid nylon or loofah scrubbers and freshly shaved legs, as they may cause a streaky effect. Dry skin thoroughly. |
2.
| Put on your "tanning" outfit, preferably a snug dark coloured bathing suit or underwear. Prepare with all the necessary tools you may need. |
3.
| Apply Tru Bronz evenly in a circular motion starting with the legs, ankles and tops of your feet. Do not apply directly to your toes, heels or sides of your feet. If you want to apply Tru Bronz all over, continue with the stomach, chest and back. Then proceed to your arms, back of hands, underarms and sides of torso. Then apply to your neck and face. Use sparingly on thick-skinned areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and knuckles. |
4.
| Straight after application help blend your tan lines by applying a moisturiser gently to the tops of your feet, blending it up onto your ankles and on the sides of the feet and tops of your toes. Apply a small amount of moisturiser to knees and elbows. Rub a large amount of moisturizer all over our hands, blending it into your wrists. |
5.
| When finished, wash your hands immediately with a soapy nailbrush to avoid tanning palms, nails and between fingers. If you are applying to the whole body it is recommended that you wash your hands every 5 - 10 minutes throughout the application or wear rubber gloves. |
6.
| Wait 10 - 15 minutes before dressing, if practical wait between 30 - 60 minutes for best results. If you need to cover straight away, wear clothing that is loose such as an old nightgown. |

| Now all you have to do is wait. Over the next few hours you tan will start to develop into a natural bronze colour. Maximum tanning colour will take approximately 24 hours to develop. |
